As the Managing Agent for Preston Hutson Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce there will be a Board of Directors virtual meeting scheduled for Monday, December 20, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to approve the 2022 budget and an amendment to the Addendum of the current management contract between Preston Hutson and Essex Association Management.
