As the Managing Agent for Preston Hutson Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce there will be a Virtual Board of Directors Meeting on Wednesday October 4, 2023, at 6:00 pm. Virtual meetings are open session for listening and/or viewing only. The purpose of the meeting is for the Board of Directors to review and approve the 2024 Budget with a possible assessment increase.
Included with this Notice is the Draft Agenda for the meeting. If you have any questions for the Board, please email them to your Association Manager, at dwyann@essexhoa.com or submit them via the “Contact Us” tab on the HOA website at www.prestonhutsonhoa.com. Your Association Manager will forward questions to the Board prior to the meeting, and time permitting, the Board of Directors may be able to allow homeowner Q&A afterward. Any questions that are not answered during the meeting will be answered by email.

The Virtual Annual Meeting was held on April 12, 2023, however, due to lack of quorum, the meeting could not be held. The meeting has been Rescheduled to Reconvene on Monday June 12, 2023, at 6:00 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss business of the Association and to present information on current affairs. We are looking forward to everyone joining us at the Virtual Annual Meeting. Please be sure to submit your Proxy in the event you aren’t able to attend the meeting, as it is important to help make quorum. If you have any questions prior to the meeting, you may email them to your Association Manager at dwyann@essexhoa.com or click on the “Contact Us” tab on the upper right corner of the HOA website and follow the instructions on the drop down menu.

Virtual Annual Meeting

As the Managing Agent for Preston Hutson Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that a Virtual Annual Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday April 12, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss normal business of the Association and to present information on current Association affairs.Enclosed you will find the Draft Agenda and Proxy. Please Note: If you are not able to attend the meeting, please complete your proxy and return it to us by Tuesday April 11, 2023 at 5:00 pm. We must meet quorum to hold the annual meeting, otherwise, it will have to be rescheduled to reconvene. If a meeting must be reconvened at a later date, the Association will incur additional costs. You may assign your proxy to a Member of the Board, or to a neighbor of your choice who will be in attendance.Please plan on joining the Virtual Annual Meeting on Wednesday April 12, 2023, at 6:00 pm. Proxies may be emailed to lori@essexhoa.com, or you may fax them to (469) 342-8205. As the Managing Agent for Preston Hutson Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that the Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to elect three (3) members to the Board of Directors and discuss normal Association business. Enclosed in this packet you will find the Draft Agenda, Proxy, Ballot, and Candidacy Statements. You may now cast your vote Electronically on your Association’s Website at www.prestonhutsonhoa.com or you may email, mail, or fax in your Ballot or Proxy using the information provided below.
The election meeting cannot be held without the proper quorum; therefore, it is important that you complete and return the proxy, in the event that you are not able to attend the meeting. A Ballot cast electronically shall also count for quorum. If you vote online, please do not return a ballot or proxy and do not assign your proxy to another owner as it will not be counted. Please Note: Floor Nominations and Write-in Candidates cannot be accommodated for an election meeting held Virtually.
If you do not vote online, it is important that your Ballot or Proxy be returned by November 9, 2021 in order for it to be counted.
There are 4 ways you can vote:
We look forward to you joining us on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. All documentation enclosed will be posted to the Association’s website. Only the Owner of record or the proxy holder may cast votes. It is very important that all documents are returned to your Association Manager by or before the deadline mentioned above.
