As the Managing Agent for Preston Hutson Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that a Virtual Annual Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday April 12, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss normal business of the Association and to present information on current Association affairs.Enclosed you will find the Draft Agenda and Proxy. Please Note: If you are not able to attend the meeting, please complete your proxy and return it to us by Tuesday April 11, 2023 at 5:00 pm. We must meet quorum to hold the annual meeting, otherwise, it will have to be rescheduled to reconvene. If a meeting must be reconvened at a later date, the Association will incur additional costs. You may assign your proxy to a Member of the Board, or to a neighbor of your choice who will be in attendance.Please plan on joining the Virtual Annual Meeting on Wednesday April 12, 2023, at 6:00 pm.
