As the Managing Agent for Preston Hutson Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce there will be a Virtual Board of Directors Meeting on Tuesday November 29, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. Virtual meetings are open session for listening and/or viewing only. The purpose of the meeting is for the Board of Directors to review and discuss the need for an assessment increase, and to approve the 2023 Budget of the Association.

Included with this Notice is the Draft Agenda for the meeting. If you have any questions for the Board, please email them to your Association Manager, at dwyann@essexhoa.com or submit them via the “Contact Us” tab on the HOA website at www.prestonhutsonhoa.comYour Association Manager will forward questions to the Board prior to the meeting, and time permitting, the Board of Directors may be able to allow homeowner Q&A afterward. Any questions that are not answered during the meeting will be answered by email.
